Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- Develop the corporate brand entity in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) Heads.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of marketing plans.
- Collaborate with BU Heads to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives while ensuring optimal ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and modify strategies as needed.
- Actively participate in industry associations and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
- Reach out to potential customers and act as a bridge that connect the potential customers and BU Heads.
(B) General :
- Planning and execution of marketing activities.
- Establishing the company's brand identity and reputation within the construction industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety :
- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
- Diploma and higher education qualification in Marketing / Business Administration or in any construction related field.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- People Management.
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation skills.
(C) Experience :
- Preferably with minimum 5 year of construction industry related experiences.
