NTU's Student Affairs Office seeks to achieve its mission of collaborating and co-creating a meaningful and enriching student life experience with its partners by:
  • promoting students' personal growth through co-curricular learning arising from student-led activities, leadership development initiatives, residential hall programmes, inclusion and integration efforts, community engagement initiatives and sports.
  • facilitating meaningful engagement among key stakeholders within and outside of the NTU community.


Key responsibilities of Senior Executive, Student Community Engagement (SCE) are as follows:
  • SCE programme/project administration including project applications, claim submissions/reimbursements and reporting.
  • Support the development and communication of SCE publicity materials and maintenance of its publicity portals.
  • Maintenance of SCE databases and the preparation of management and other reporting requirements.
  • Support other SCE administrative requirements as assigned e.g., meeting arrangements.


Job Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree from a recognised university or diploma from a recognised institute of higher learning with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Highly fluent in all Microsoft applications especially Excel and Power Automate.
  • Strong track record of supporting programme/project administration including processing of programme budgets, funding claims/reimbursements and reporting requirements.
  • Highly organised and meticulous.
  • Able do forward planning, anticipate needs, with a strong initiative to take ownership of tasks assigned and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to change well.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills across the organisational hierarchy.
  • A strong intrinsic interest in and experience in roles supporting youth development would be an advantage.
