We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with strong skills in content creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management:Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other digital channels.
Create a variety of content formats, including articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and ad copy.
Manage the content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing:Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments, and optimize social content for audience growth.
- Digital Campaign Execution:Assist in planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Develop creative ad copy, visuals, and content to support campaigns.
- SEO & Website Optimization:Optimize content for search engines to increase organic reach and improve website ranking.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure engaging visuals and smooth user experiences.
- Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance (traffic, engagement, leads) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, sales) to align content strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, or agencies when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on content creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content design.
- Experience with social media platforms and their advertising tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing and animation experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
