What the role is:The role of the intern will be within the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). The intern will support the work to upskill digital capabilities in Public Service The project will focus on developing and executing initiatives that aim to enhance the digital skills and competencies of officers, to ensure they are digitally proficient. Intern involved will play an important role in the L&D work, research and planning of related interventions in the workplan.What you will be working on:- Assist in programme design for new interventions (workshops/ online courseware) on digital/AI/ DA- related topics, CDC framework - Develop related media assets, eg: video resources, podcasts - Research on trending digital/AI/ DA topics - Plan & executive publicity and comms plans for related events, eg: publicity collaterals, fringe activitiesWhat we are looking for:Undergraduate or diploma holder, preferably specializing in Digital Business Management, with proficiency in digital content creation and a strong awareness of current trends & topics in AI and data analytics.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
