Job Description:
- Efficiently manage HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, exit, and retention strategies.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Contribute to training and development programs.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the administration of employee benefits such as insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist in yearly budgeting and performance management exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related role (experience in a senior, assistant, or managerial role preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
