Job Description:

  • Efficiently manage HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implement necessary changes.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, exit, and retention strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related role (experience in a senior, assistant, or managerial role preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Able to handle confidential information with high integrity and discretion.
