We are seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager within the Information Technology Department to oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering digital transformation across the organization.
- Portfolio Management:Implement and manage a portfolio of regional projects and initiatives from various business units.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely decision-making and delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Facilitate cross-functional communication to standardize business processes and promote digitalization and automation.
Work collaboratively across time zones, managing on-site, remote service providers, and offshore teams.
Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership in technology and operations.
- Team Leadership:Provide hands-on project support and clarity to ensure team alignment with project objectives.
Foster an environment of trust, open communication, and team cohesion.
- Financial Oversight:Oversee budgetary forecasts, track actual utilization, and optimize resource allocation for projects.
- Reporting and Governance:Prepare and present Digital Transformation portfolio status updates to leadership.
Facilitate issue resolution and escalation processes.
Ensure all deliverables meet established standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Continuous Improvement:Promote best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Share knowledge and lessons learned across teams and departments.
Experience:
- 12–15 years of experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Expertise in project management tools/software.
Certifications:
- Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) and/or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or IT Service Management (preferred).
