Job Description

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. Assist the Property Manager to:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Keppel South Central, including but not limited to arranging/coordinating visits/viewings, carrying out service recovery actions, following up on arrears, preparing management reports, etc.
  • Manage a team of outsourced Property manager(s), property admin(s), etc.
  • Assist in driving operation excellence and fulfil the development owner’s property management requirements in accordance with the agreement.
  • Coordinate/organise tenants’ retention programme.
  • Seek out new revenue streams for the assigned office development(s).
  • Plan and execution and tenants’ onboarding. Work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.
  • Organise programmes/initiatives/events to create a vibrant community and create signature activities/events for the assigned office developments
  • Ad-hoc assignments e.g. new initiatives as may be reasonably requested by HQ / Head of Department from time to time Learning Outcomes:
  • Learning opportunities in asset operations, property and facilities management, leasing, marketing for a prime commercial building
  • Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business in asset management, operations and sustainability
  • Develop management and leadership skills/qualities in managing outsourced service vendors
  • Gain understanding in P&L and budgeting in operating a property

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolling in Business, Real Estate or Project and Facilities Management
  • Some understanding in financial modelling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest and experience in social media/placemaking/events organising is highly desirable.
