Are you ready to lead the charge in one of the fastest-growing regions for innovative software solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader for Southeast Asia to drive sales growth for our Global Tax & Trade enterprise software solutions, build meaningful client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to success.

About The Role

In this opportunity as Sales Manager, SEA (Corporates), you will:

  • Own the Market: Take charge of a diverse portfolio in SEA, identifying new opportunities and crafting strategies that drive growth across key markets.
  • Lead from the Front: Inspire and mentor a team of talented sales professionals, empowering them to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Deliver Results: Build and execute sales plans that align with our business goals, ensuring we exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that truly add value to their businesses.
  • Innovate and Strategize: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to unlock the full potential of our offerings.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Sales Manager, SEA (Corporates) if your background includes:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: 5+ years of sales experience, including managing a team in a high-growth environment.
  • SEA Expertise: Strong knowledge of Southeast Asia’s market dynamics, cultures, and industries.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: A track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and execute plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with CRM tools and using data to inform decisions and forecast effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: Inspiring leader and persuasive communicator, fluent in English (additional SEA languages a plus).
