The Laboratory of Genome Function, led by Dr. Tim Stuart () at the Genome Institute of Singapore is seeking a postdoctoral fellow interested in single-cell epigenomics. Requirements:
- Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Applicants with a degree in a biological field with strong programming and data analysis experience will also be considered.
- Experience in the analysis of single-cell data
- Ability to program in R, Python, C++, or Rust
- Machine learning experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-quality research
