Our client, a fast-growing IT solution provider in Singapore, offers comprehensive IT support services tailored to customer needs, delivering innovative technology and outsourcing solutions to meet evolving demands. They are seeking a client-focused Service Delivery Project Manager to oversee Manpower Augmentation services. This role ensures efficient delivery of client’s Project manpower needs while upholding quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of highly skilled talents in alignment with client requirements.
- Act as the project owner, providing reports on SLA performance, employee performance, project challenges, and potential improvement solutions.
- Ensure the seamless deployment of talents to support client projects while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with in-house recruiters to optimize hiring strategies and meet manpower demands within deadlines.
- Lead end-to-end staff augmentation services, ensuring contracted SLA fulfilment, operational excellence, and efficient resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their manpower needs and project goals are fully understood and achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular performance reviews and proactive issue resolution. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with regular updates and insights on talent performance and project progress.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Lead and coordinate HR operations for deployed resources, including contracts, payroll, compliance, and grievance resolution.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and overall satisfaction to ensure client success.
- Provide monthly service performance reporting and ensure P&L accountability, including invoicing accuracy and collections.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, resourcers, and HR operations staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear performance goals for the team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Guide junior on-site team leads to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage talent retention, deployment, and transitions as required.
- Champion professional development and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics for deployed resources and team operations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to internal stakeholders and clients on resource utilization, project outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Provide monthly/quarterly reporting (covering both clients and employees) on service metrics, performance, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in IT outsourcing and at least 3 years in direct team management.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 (certification preferred) and PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proven experience working in a matrix environment and managing partnership relationships.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to maintain a balanced perspective to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
- A strong customer service orientation, focused on exceeding client expectations.
