Key Responsibilities
• Work as a strategic partner to R&D, Tech-Biz Divisions and HorizontalOffices.
• Plan, oversee and control the financial budgeting of both institutes and funds management.
• Ensures accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial and accounting data.
• Optimises both institutes' funds utilization.
• Develops, implements, and maintains systems, processes, and internal policies.
• Provides the required financial information to management and key stakeholders
• Liaise with headquarters Stakeholders and Corporate Group Finance.
• Work closely with the management and internal & external stakeholders.
Required Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a finance-related role of a similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
