Job Responsibilities
- Propertable setting including setting up items
- Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments
- Usher customer to their table
- Present menus to customers, inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
- Taking customers' order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Perform cashiering at times
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
- Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications
- Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
- With F&B experience is an asset but not essential
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers with smile all the time
- Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player
- Willing to learn and has passion for service industry
- Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
- Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Knowledge in POS system
