Role Purpose
The Marketing Executive champions all matters relating to marketing for Swire Shipping. By implementing marketing plans across various channels, including online, offline, and trade marketing, you will elevate the Swire Shipping brand, drive business growth, contributing to the company's overall marketing objectives.
Role Accountabilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online, offline, and trade) to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion, leveraging:
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to manage paid advertising campaigns and maximise ROI
- Social media marketing to engage with customers and promote our brand's presence
- Create engaging content for website and email marketing, driving customer engagement and conversion
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as decks, brochures, product flyers, and route maps our value proposition and establish our brand's presence.
- Collaborate with the digital team to enhance our website as a successful online communications channel for commerce and customer dialogue
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to promote new features and updates on our eCommerce platform, aligning with our monthly and quarterly release pipeline
- Assist in managing our content management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates to our website and affiliated websites
- Develop content for social media channels, aligning with our content calendar and brand voice. Support the maintenance of our social media presence in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team, including responding to comments and monitoring analytics
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as designers and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Manage and track invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Analyse and report on marketing data, including website analytics and campaign performance
- Provide support for external events, such as trade exhibitions and conferences, as required
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed, including content creation, email marketing, and market research
Key Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant discipline
- Documented digital marketing capabilities and 1-3 years of experience executing marketing campaigns
Technical Skills
- Experience in operating an online platform for commerce and communications – ideally B2B
- Experience with Google's marketing and analytics suite (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager) and other marketing tools (Power BI, WordPress, Mailchimp)
- Experience with campaign management on Facebook and LinkedIn. WeChat would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Ability to read and write Mandarin would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in using project management and design tools (Trello, Figma, Whiteboard)
