You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations are in accordance to established policies, procedures and internal controls.
Your duties and responsibilities include general administrative duties, processing and managing customer accounts accurately and on a timely basis. You will also be required to liaise with 3rd party payers on contract negotiations and attend to queries as needed.

Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 2 years' working experience, preferably in an administrative role.
- Proficient in IT data tools/ information system. Prior experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP would be an added advantage.
- Service oriented and customer focused.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
