Smart Property Management started operating as leading managing agent in Singapore from April 2017.
Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Smart Property”) was established as a result of the merger two prominent Managing Agents which Fantasia Holdings acquired in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
Both managing agents were established locally and have been in the business of providing managing agent services to residential and commercial strata-titled properties since 2006 and 2009 respectively.
Combining the resources of the two companies, Smart Property has a total staff strength of more than 300. Today, Smart Property manages a portfolio of over 180 properties ranging from residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Smart Property Management Singapore. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with proper etiquette, communication, executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Experience in office administration
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of property management processes is a plus
