Job scope:
Logistics and Admin
- Rotation of artworks in the gallery
- Ensure all artworks in the gallery are showcased in the most ideal manner.
- Organize transport for delivery and installation
- Manage storage and daily housekeeping.
- Manage update contact/client list based on Sales Force
- Oversee purchases, working in coordination with accounting
- Produce reporting of activity, including monthly normalcies and special events


Client Relation Management
- Create a welcoming platform and warm reception, on building a strong customer base
- Welcome clients professionally, provide information about artwork and artists on display, as well as those included in company portfolio;
- Collect visitor information to follow-up, provide presentation tailored to unique interests and specifications;
- Respond to enquiries over the phone and via email, building prospective client relationship;
- Create clientele portfolios to keep track and promote sales.
- Achieve higher sales through teamwork dynamics and networking channels.
- Ensure smooth sales transaction, ensuring client is pleased with interaction with Bruno Gallery from start to finish.


Skills Required
- Able to work with Video Editing Software (E.g. Capcut)
- Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms (E.g. Instagram, Facebook)
- Able to work with Graphic Design software, Canva, for marketing collaterals
- Able to design and create EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) via Mailchimp
- Able to work with Google Office and Microsoft Office (E.g. Excel, Words)
