We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kitchen Crew Member to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare soba noodles and other Japanese dishes.
Assist with general food prep tasks and mise en place for service.
Cook and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain consistency and high standards in every dish served.
Ensure all ingredients and dishes meet strict standards for freshness, quality, and taste.
Monitor food preparation to align with the restaurant's premium dining experience.
Oversee inventory levels for assigned sections.
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available as needed.
Communicate restocking needs to the head chef.
Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an F&B kitchen setting
Experience in Japanese cooking is advantageous but not necessary
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
