Job responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean work area and follow food safety regulations.
Complete daily checklists for opening, shift change, and closing.
Operate kitchen equipment (oven, stove, fryer, etc.).
Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and minimal waste.

Requirements:

1-2 years of cooking Indian food experience, but those with no experience can also apply – training provided.
