Join a dynamic team on a social mission to transform the Enabling Village – Singapore’s first inclusive community space dedicated to integrating persons with disabilities into society!

You will be part of the team that brings together like-minded stakeholders, community, and corporate partners at Enabling Village to drive inclusion and build community connectedness for persons with disabilities and their caregivers.

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and passionate individual for the tenancy and programming role at Enabling Village. Your key role will involve building strong relationships with tenant partners and supporting community partners in conceptualising and implementing inclusive programmes that empower and uplift persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
Duties and Responsibilities

Placemaking and Programming

  • Manage and implement Invitation for Programmes and other forms of event collaborations at Enabling Village
  • Manage the Enabling Village’s master event calendar, develop partnership, execute events with partners not limited to tenants, corporates, community groups, and government agencies/authorities
  • Assist in marketing of events and programmes at Enabling Village through eDM, social media
  • Support internal and external stakeholders on infrastructural projects (e.g. space revitalisation, wayfinding) to enhance placemaking efforts

Tenancy Management

Assist in administrative matters relating to Enabling Village tenancies (e.g. coordinating site visit, consolidating performance reports etc.)

Others

  • Undertake other roles and administration/scheduling for the department as and when required
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
  • Possess at least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity. Experience in programming, tenancy, and/or partnership development, contract management is preferred
  • Strong interest in impacting the lives of persons with disabilities and caregivers
  • Availability to work on weekends as needed to support events and programmes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse and problem solve
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong project management skills
  • Able to contribute as part of a team while working independently
