-Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
-Perform general administrative duties.
-Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
-Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
-Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
Requirements
-Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
-Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
-Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to work at least 3 days a week (including Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
-Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekends )
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
