- Drive the launch and growth of partnerships with venture capital firms and other key strategic partners across APAC and the Middle East.
- Support the development and management of success fee partnerships with financially motivated collaborators, ensuring alignment with Carta's goals.
- Assist in building co-selling partnerships with service providers, such as outsourced CFOs and technology partners, to expand Carta's ecosystem.
- Coordinate efforts for Carta's key partner programmes across regions like Japan, Australia, Dubai, and Singapore, ensuring successful execution and strong engagement.

- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize the impact of partnership strategies.
- Streamline internal processes for tracking the performance and outcomes of various partnership types.
- Address challenges in partner onboarding and engagement, finding creative solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Is highly resourceful and thrives on taking initiative to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Excels at relationship-building, with a proven ability to foster trust and collaboration with external stakeholders.
