Administrative Support

Collaborate with design department to produce compelling artwork that would drive sales conversions.
Customer Support and Engagement
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
Address complaints and coordinate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Monitor competitor strategies and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
Email marketing
Work with design and content team to create high conversion email creatives
Schedule emails according to campaign calendar
Analysis of results and recommendations to improve sales conversion funnel
Social Media
Assist the marketing team in creating organic content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2 years of experience in e-commerce/ digital marketing / FMCG industry preferred.
