We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Junior Customer Success Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer satisfaction and is eager to kickstart their career in the customer success field.
No prior knowledge or experience is required for this position.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition in using our system.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor Client Health: Understand clients engagement to the system and take the necessary action to drive engagement
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feed on the system and advocate for client needs within the company to ensure they are met and exceeded.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development and technical support teams to ensure client needs are met.
Salary Range: $2400 - $2800
Fresh polytechnic graduate / Individual with no relevant experience may apply as training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
