PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Head of Group Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing the Company’s talent acquisition strategies, processes, and initiatives across all regions with the Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Human Resources Officer (CCHRO) and leading the Talent Acquisition team, you will develop innovative and effective recruitment practices and partner the senior leadership to attract, engage and retain key talent aligned with our Company values and objectives.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement the Company's overarching talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future business needs.
- Align recruitment and talent attraction initiatives with organizational objectives and values, fostering a culture of excellence in talent acquisition.
Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws and regulations across all regions.
- Regularly review and refine recruitment policies and processes to uphold global best practices.
Team Leadership and Performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Define clear service-level expectations across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, optimizing efficiency and reducing time-to-hire.
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, offering insights, market intelligence, and best practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Strengthen partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Data and Metrics
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition effectiveness, leveraging data and analytics for decision-making.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing actionable solutions to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in recruitment processes.
- Promote the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Vendor Management
- Develop a strategy on external recruitment vendors and manage relationships to support recruitment efforts globally.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in senior-level talent acquisition roles implementing talent acquisition successfully in global company.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
- Innovation: Familiarity with advanced recruitment technologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
