Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Event/Concert Organisers
- Position Title: Event Sales Assistant
- Working Location: Bukit Batok
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,500 - $3,000 + OT + Allowances + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support the event sales team in day-to-day tasks.
- Create documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Use design tools like Canva and AI platforms such as ChatGPT to enhance event materials.
- Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics.

- Be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when events are scheduled.
