Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Internship who possesses a strong, success-driven mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients. We are looking for someone who is always striving for success, pushing boundaries, and consistently exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance by consistently meeting or exceeding set sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present OC Digital’s solutions in a compelling way.
- Client Retention & Growth: Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and conversions, providing accurate and timely updates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve company revenue goals.
