- Develop and execute eCommerce campaigns including acquisition, recontract, upselling, cross-selling, and abandoned cart recovery.
- Ensure that communications, automated customer journeys, and recommended offers are properly set up and targeted to relevant customer segments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance against sales targets by leveraging eCommerce metrics such as leads, traffic, online sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Work closely with the marcom, product marketing, and customer lifecycle management (CLM) teams to enhance the performance of online campaigns through email marketing, direct mailers, content marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging eCommerce technologies to integrate innovative approaches, aiming to outperform benchmarks and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure tradeshow email campaigns (eDMs) have high delivery rates, open and click rates.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive, track, and analyze the performance of always-on digital ad campaigns, while continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee Singtel’s SMB web pages, manage promotions, create launch pages, and drive website optimization efforts to improve traffic and conversions.
- Set up and maintain performance dashboards to track the journey from traffic generation to sales, providing real-time insights into campaign effectiveness
- Monitor the quality of incoming traffic and continuously optimize conversion rates by adjusting strategies to drive better-qualified leads and higher sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Min 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce campaign management and sales, preferably in a telco B2B context.
- Possesses hands-on experience in using Salesforce
- Must be proficient in Google Ads, bonus if proficient in Adobe, CMS
- Good conceptual understanding of SEM and how to target EDMs
- Strong understanding of digital sales, online campaign & sales funnels optimization for acquisition, recontract and cross-sell/upsell.
