Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Alfresco Consultant for a part-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions based on Alfresco Content Services (ACS) and Alfresco Process Services (APS). The position also requires proficiency in Angular to develop and maintain frontend components that interact with Alfresco repositories. You will work closely with clients to understand their content management needs and provide effective, scalable solutions.

Extensive technical training resources will be provided to deserving candidates, leading to Alfresco Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Alfresco Solution Design & Customization:

Develop and configure Alfresco solutions tailored to business requirements, including custom workflows, document models, and metadata structures.

Angular Frontend Development:

Design and develop dynamic, user-friendly front-end applications using Angular that integrate with Alfresco backend services and REST APIs.

System Integration:

Implement integrations between Alfresco and third-party applications such as CRM, ERP, and BPM tools, using APIs, web services, and other interfaces.

Performance Optimization:

Ensure Alfresco solutions are optimized for scalability and performance, monitoring system health and applying updates as needed.

Content Migration:

Plan and execute content migration strategies to Alfresco from other legacy systems while ensuring data integrity.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work with clients to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet their specific needs in Alfresco and Angular-based systems.

Customization & Development:

Extend Alfresco functionalities using Java, Spring Framework, and Alfresco SDK. Develop reusable Angular components and modules to enhance the front-end experience.

Documentation & Training:

Provide technical documentation for the Alfresco and Angular applications and train end-users or internal teams as necessary.

Maintenance & Support:

Provide ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and support for existing Alfresco and Angular applications, ensuring smooth functionality and up-to-date security.

Key Skills Required

Experience:

3+ years of experience working with Alfresco Content Services (ACS) and Alfresco Process Services (APS).

Proven experience with Angular for front-end application development.

Solid understanding of Java, Spring Framework, and Alfresco SDK.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Angular development (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript).

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Spring Framework, and Alfresco content models and workflows.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
