Job Description:
Proactively manage daily tasks to open accounts and follow up with customers, ensuring they visit workshops to meet monthly KPIs.
Submit sales documents to clients promptly for quotes or payments.
Pay attention to detail to prevent inaccuracies in documents sent to clients.
Communicate effectively with internal staff and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of tyres to clients.
Think creatively to benefit Client’s business and improve profitability.
Manage customer and company expectations daily, prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of the business to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and products.
Ensure timely invoicing and collection of monthly client billings.
Requirements:
Class 3 Driving License
