Responsibilities:
Invoices customer based on tariff in Account Profile
Generate invoices for posting to customers
Generate monthly summary reports for customers
Interact with internal and external customers on rates and charges disputes.
Attend to customers's enquries
Ensure jobs are received promptly and billings on time
General administrative duties
Provide guidance to Billing Assistant / Junior staffs
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
Have basic knowledge in Airfreight or Billing
Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams
