Job Responsibilities:
Proper grooming standards and lead a good example to the team
Monitor and ensure proper redemptions and cash handling policies/procedures.
Provides assistance and work direction to team members, ensuring compliance to departmental standards including grooming standards.
Attend to escalated Guest concerns and addressing them in a friendly and approachable disposition.
Perform various administrative duties and ad-hoc assignment and shift paperwork/reports, and to work closely with Duty Managers and management team on monitoring workflow processes.
Performs transactions and also deals with TAs & other Business Units for tickets requests.
Providing welcoming admission experience at turnstile and ensure guests have valid tickets for the admission for SEAA.
Ensure 100% accuracy of valid guest admission.
Proactively assisting guests with various needs and going extra mile to enhance guest experience in the parks.
Performs survey to understand how to enhance guest experience.
Job Requirements:
ITE, GCE N, O, A Level, Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or any other relevant discipline
Minimum 1–2 year(s) supervisory experience
Those with lower qualifications but more years of supervisory experience may also apply
1 year of relevant operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays, in an outdoor environment with long hours of standing/walking
