Job Summary
Monday to Friday,
8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Work location: Tuas (walking distance from MRT)
UP $2800/month
Job Responsibilities:
Support the HR & Admin Manager in a variety of personnel-related administrative duties and providing HR services to the business.
Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database
Take on the role of training coordinator and administer training for employees
Provide administrative support for work pass applications and renewals
Plan, coordinate and organise meetings, company events and conferences
Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience Skills and knowledge required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
