Salary: Basic up to $2800 + AWS + VB
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)
Location: Boon Lay (Company transport pick up at Jurong East, Bedok MRT and Tampines MRT)
Job Scope:
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Officer in daily operations at the logistics center
Handle day-to-day logistics tasks, including managing inbound and outbound shipments
Track and monitor customers’ orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate and liaise with customers, warehouse staff, and forwarders regarding shipments
Perform picking and packing of inventory items to fulfill customer orders
Communicate and follow up with customers on shipment and delivery statuses to ensure all orders are completed successfully
Prepare inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and address stock discrepancies
Collaborate with internal and external warehouse operations teams to ensure seamless coordination
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the superior as needed
