Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow, adherence to standards, and guest satisfaction.

Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and train F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff. Ensure they are knowledgeable about menu offerings, service techniques, and company policies.

Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Strive to create a positive, welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Sales & Upselling: Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through upselling initiatives, promotional events, and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a high-volume or upscale restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.

Customer Service Excellence: A passion for providing excellent guest service and handling situations with a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges as they arise in a fast-paced environment.

Role is open to dependent pass and LTVP+ holder who are residing in Singapore
