Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception: Greet guests warmly as they arrive, confirm reservations, and manage walk-in guest requests. Ensure that each guest is made to feel welcome and valued.
Reservation Management: Manage the reservation system (phone, online platforms, or walk-ins), confirm reservations, update seating plans, and handle any special requests.
Answering Inquiries: Provide information to guests about the menu, specials, restaurant policies, or events. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Reservation & Waitlist Management: When necessary, manage waitlists during peak hours, ensuring accurate timing for seating and managing guest expectations.
Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently, such as answering phones, greeting guests, and managing reservations without compromising the quality of service.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing top-tier service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Role is open to dependent pass and LTVP+ holder who are residing in Singapore
