Responsibilities

• Compile information and data for regular reporting of Dengue and daily attendance.
• eProcure stationary or PRs for the department via procurement portal.
• Monitor and scan RFID tags to order MMD supplies (Zebras,Sticky Labels, Paper Cups, Nets & Credit rolls, Alcohol wipes & Tissue Boxes)
• Monitor and ensure department stocks are orderly and efficiently maintained. (Stationeries, Envelopes, Copier Paper, Printer Toners, EQMS rolls)
• Maintain ED inventory sheet for personal tracking of stocks
• Update lateness excel on Teams
• Check and update staff payback on Teams via payback form submissions
• Check and print GP replies are tagged to the correct address before being posted out.
• Amend GP referral tagging in EPIC if case is still open
• Order hampers for staff on HL/ML
• Submit e-pay request for bereavement token
• Order name stamps/nametags/staff pass
• Manage office admin duties - faxing, scanning, shredding and filing documents
• Coordinate meetings and room bookings for meetings.
• Process staff claims when necessary via e-pay/petty cash fund.
• Maintain ops petty cash fund
• Maintaining birthday board
• Minutes writing for TL/PSA/Dept Meetings
• Distributing of gifts
• Any other duties as requested by department

Requirements
• Min A Level/ Diploma holder
• Able to work for 6 months period
• Must be comfortable in using excel file & looking at numbers
