Responsible for managing wellness activities and supporting campaigns for corporate Vitality accounts acquired from various distribution channels. To des, an award-winning health and wellness programme to effectively engage and support companies and its employees to uplift workplace health and wellness. He/She should have experience in account servicing, business development, events management and be able to work and interact well with people across levels.
Responsibilities:
Work with various internal divisions and external vendors to plan and execute events for companies on Corporate AIA Vitality, which includes but not limited to arranging site recce and logistic planning for health screening events, onsite physical wellness day activities, webinars and tracking of exclusive engagement campaigns to drive employee’s usage of AIA Vitality programme.
Support the execution of annual Corporate Challenge event by working with the appointed activation agency and vendors to track companies registration, participation rate, review of marketing collaterals and other duties as may be assigned.
Develop corporate wellness collaterals, such as eDMs, flyers and posters to promote the events and drive participation.
AIA Vitality merchandise sourcing and inventory management.
Requirements:
Diploma in marketing, communications or related business discipline with at least two years of relevant working experience
Good team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Good organisational and project management skills
Events management background will be an advantage
