Châteaux is Singapore's first specialty kombucha store serving a variety of food and drinks! We are looking for a part-time kitchen hand to handle the cooking and preparation of dishes!
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receiving food deliveries and storing them appropriately
- Cleaning ovens, dishes, pans, dispensers, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of the floor and properly disposing of kitchen waste
- Operating the dishwasher and organizing kitchenware
- Keeping kitchen walls and work surfaces tidy
- Checking sell-by dates and rotating stock as necessary
- Peeling and cutting vegetables, as well as cleaning and preparing meat (chicken, beef) and fish
- Preparation, cooking, and plating of simple dishes
- Utilizing machinery such as grinders, mincers, slicers, and mixers
- Packaging food and ready-to-eat (RTE) products for takeout customers
- Refilling condiments and other supplies at tables
Experience and Certification
- Certified Food Handler (Food Safety Level 1)
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
Work Shift/Schedule (FLEXIBLE! minimum 2 days per week)
- Wednesday: 1130 AM to 630 PM
- Thursday: 1130 AM to 630 PM
- Friday: 1130 AM to 830 PM
- Saturday: 1130 AM to 830 PM
Minimum commitment period: 5 months
Note: We are not a halal certified restaurant.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
