Job Description
The Client Relations Unit Support Staff will serve as an integral front-facing ambassador between members of the public and SINDA in addressing their queries, needs and always ready to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Positive Client Experience
- Manage the day-to-day client service operations across all modes – calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding SINDA’s wide programmes.
- Have a positive and meaningful interaction with clients and have their needs adequately met.
- Respond to client service issues and follow-ups to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- SINDA Fund Administration
- Assist in the smooth administration of contributions to the SINDA Fund.
- Engage with stakeholders and the community on SINDA Fund matters.
- Ensure that applications are processed in a timely manner.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Ensure that all client service activities are recorded accurately and within stipulated guidelines.
- Ensure full accuracy and completeness of data.
- Others
- Providing other related duties as management requires.
