Job Objective
Responsible for the efficient running of the assigned shift
Maintain service quality and consistency standards
Adhere to the Group’s procedures and propose improvements to:
maintain a healthy working environment;
ensure customers’ satisfaction;
monitor stocks level including inventory checks; and

Core Responsibilities
Restaurant Management
Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting
Ensure restaurant’s environment are ready for service
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all utensils prior to use
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
Ensure compliance with company cash handling policy and procedures
Customer Service
Communicate service needs to chefs and service crews
Ensure customers' satisfaction
Perform service according to company service standards
Handle customer enquiries and complaints
People Management
Ensure staff uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Check on staff punctuality and discipline
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Sales
Push for sales and promotion
Cost Management
Oversee stock level and order supplies
Administration and Reporting
Prepare and present staff/ sales reports
Handle administration and paperwork
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
