Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
Follow up on resident's requests
Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
