Job Scope
Customer Service Executive for Call Centre: Focuses on handling customer inquiries primarily via phone, providing efficient and direct solutions in a fast-paced, transactional environment. Representatives manage calls while utilizing customer management software (CRM), updating systems, and referencing knowledge bases to resolve issues effectively. Additionally, they may assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet customer needs and operate smoothly. Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.
