  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

As an Area Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our clients' retail operations within Singapore.



Job Responsibilities

Effective screening and assessment of candidates to contribute to full placement rate
Operational reviews with key stakeholders
Relationship building with key stakeholders
Conducts induction / briefing / On-site Coaching
Performance review and disciplinary matters
Respond and manage associate queries pertaining to employment
Single contact point for promoters and retailers
Better flow of communication and information update on specific channels (i.e. Promotions, new contact point-in-store, other ad-hoc information)
Ensure smooth running of roadshow / event operations and timely dissemination of work information
Perform on-site training as required
First point of escalation and incident reporting for events
Drives field data collection and responsible for Reporting


Requirements

Good customer service and communication skills
Prior Retail operations experience
Experience in managing manpower operations an added advantage
