Full Time, 5 day week
Description
5 working days, 9am to 6pm
Location @ Sin Ming/Buroh
Job Scope:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff,
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and via phone calls, addressing inquiries, providing information about services offered.
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion, satisfaction, and any further needs.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication regarding service requests and repairs.
- Assist in the scheduling and management of repair jobs and resources.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.
