Responsibilities for sales staff :-Develop and manage sales in the food industry, focusing on both new and existing products.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors across various departments.
-Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities and promote products to potential customers.
-Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.-Utilize Microsoft Office tools and leverage digital marketing/social media platforms for promotions.
-Handle customer inquiries effectively and provide excellent service.
-Monitor market trends and industry updates to stay ahead of competitors.
-Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
-Promote company products to both new and existing clients, driving sales growth.
Requirements for sales staff:-Prior experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
-Ability to converse in English fluently and manage client communications.
-Strong passion for the food industry and willingness to learn.
-Dynamic, independent, and self-motivated to meet sales objectives.
-Must be diligent, responsible, and have integrity in all aspects of work.
-Team player with a proactive attitude and a resourceful mindset.
For class 4 drivers, Need to have safe driving records and valid driving license
