Job Responsibilities:
Ensure equipment is in ready-to-use condition, providing support to team leads, engineers, and managers.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment.
Respond to urgent breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis.
Assist with MME validation, calibration, and equipment installation/replacement.
Update and maintain inventory and stock levels.
Support team leads and engineers in managing external contractors and reporting.
Maintain daily maintenance reports and preventive maintenance logs.
Enforce health and safety protocols, participating in 5S routines and safety initiatives.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify anomalies and support work improvement suggestions.
Additional Information:
Min an ITE NITEC Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical reporting writing.
Ability to do basic root cause analysis.
