Salary details : $2200 - $2500
Location: Jalan Buroh
Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
Company transport provided

Job Responsibilities:

Sort, fold, and mail/email/fax monthly statements; send overdue account reminders; scan, edit, and submit invoices; perform simple reconciliations.
Download, merge, and file documents; ensure correct attachments; print and retrieve hard copies of billing documents.
Respond to customer billing inquiries.
Maintain customer master data.
Assist sales representatives with statement and aging report printing.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Singaporeans ONLY
Basic knowledge in Excel, at least formula/calculation
Meticulous in terms of paperwork
