Problem Solving and Customer Support: Communicate with customers through various online and offline channels (phone/email/Live Chat/WhatsApp, etc.), respond promptly to customers, and resolve typical customer issues with standard replies. Work with colleagues to handle more complex customer issues, ensuring that customers receive professional and timely support.
Information Recording and Updating: Accurately and thoroughly record customer interactions and relevant information, such as contact details and feedback, in the customer service backend system. Assign information to relevant sales personnel to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation between customers and sales.
Continuous Self-Improvement: Actively participate in and complete all company-arranged training and learning tasks on time. Proactively learn about the company's business and service knowledge, stay updated on industry trends, and continuously improve customer service and communication skills to maintain a high level of professional service.
Other Duties: Complete other customer service-related tasks assigned by supervisors, such as handling self-pickup customer reception and conducting customer phone calls.
