Job Description

This position is for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Manage cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and alignment with business needs.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit-and-loss statements and balance sheets.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools.

The Successful Applicant

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).

• Experience: At least 5 years in finance or accounting, with experience in a startup or technology-driven environment considered an asset.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
