Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across social platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and voice.
• Build and manage the content strategy roadmap, operations, and optimization to grow social campaigns and customer engagement
• Lead end-to-end campaign development for social media initiatives, from brief development to execution
• Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts that align with cultural moments and business priorities.
• Ideate and create high quality and engaging content that raises the awareness for the brand.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive proximity between company and customers through products, events, and brand partners.
• Analyze social media metrics and consumer insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and report to leadership.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with minimum 5+ years of professional marketing and social media experience
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Proficiency in video editing software and social media content creation tools
• Experience with Excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience in SQL and query writing
